Its Wednesday afternoon, around 2PM, and I’m interviewer number 5. The poor candidate on the other side of the table from me looks pretty tired. I offer the cursory bathroom break and a drink of water. The candidate takes me on the offer and we proceed with the customary chatter as we walk back and forth to the bathroom.
